- While participating in the BETA testing program, your notes are not encrypted. However, DoNotes Co. plans to implement encryption for enhanced data security before the final release.
3. Data Deletion
- At the conclusion of the BETA testing program, all data within the DoNotes Nexus Edition BETA will be permanently deleted.
- You will be provided with an opportunity to download all your notes before the data deletion takes place.
4. Account Deletion
- Currently, there is no option for users to delete their Nexus account directly. To request account deletion, please contact us at [email protected], and our support team will assist you.
5. Nexus Account Separation
- The Nexus account used for the BETA testing program is separate from the regular DoNotes account. Actions within the Nexus Edition BETA will not affect your regular DoNotes account.
6. Accuracy and Changes
- The information provided in this Privacy Policy as of 27th July 2023 is accurate, but it is subject to change as the BETA testing program progresses. Users will be informed of any significant changes or updates.
7. Data Security
- We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or alteration. However, please note that as a BETA version, the software may have vulnerabilities, and data loss may occur.
8. Nexus Backups
- During the BETA testing program, no backups of Nexus data will be made. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important information.
